Day...2?

What day is it? I think it's Tuesday, which makes this day 2 of my trip to India.

Today was pretty uneventful to be honest- I've only recently got back from the office because we were working late to set up connections to our other office. I think we got back to the hotel around 11:0pm. Which is nice.
I can hear dogs barking in the slum outside at the moment - I'm hoping they're not rabid! Mind you, I've had my rabies shot, so I should be safe as houses!
They actually seem to have electricity out there - apparently they tap it from the mains.


Child's Play 2 is on the telly - I'm suspecting that it's bloody awful.
Strangely, about 50% of the telly over here appears to be in English. In fact the adverts themselves seem to be more English than anything else.

They sort of illustrate what I was saying before - high tech modern mixed with awful conditions. The two pictures are about 100 yards apart.

This last one is of the Dynasty building - that's where our office is located. We're on the 4th floor.

It's actually pretty nice inside. That's the thing - it seems to me like they do up the inside of the places, but completely ignore the outside. Weird.

Child's Play appears to be getting worse!

Well, we seem to have the Disney Channel. In fact - there's a whole bunch of kid's channels. Wow I just found some of the cartoons that Ollie ad Wills watch, but dubbed into Indian. That's quite disconcerting.

I think I'll have to go search for something more watchable!
